Mike Froelich opened his Ann Arbor based accounting practice in 1995 after accumulating 14 years of experience, primarily in the tax area, at the international accounting and consulting firm Deloitte.
Mike initially operated as a sole proprietor and then in 2003 he formed Froelich, CPAs, LLC, which is the entity the practice is operated through today.
The accounting practice is focused on income tax compliance and consulting. The client base ranges from individuals to companies with several million dollars in annual sales and 50-100 employees.
Many client companies are high-tech in nature, as you would expect in the Ann Arbor area. Another segment of the practice consists of closely-held companies, many times family held, in which the interplay of income tax consequences between company and owner are key.

Zach Froelich is a CPA licensed in the State of Michigan and a 3rd generation accounting and finance.
Zach earned his undergrad degree from Michigan State University and earned his Masters in Accounting degree in 2013.
Zach wokred for the regional accounting firm UHY as a Senior Accountant. He then worked for Aysling, Inc. a software development company in Ann Arbor as CFO.
Zach as a strong insterest for venture backed start-ups. Zach formed his own practice in 2016 specializing in CFO/Controller services for high tech and closely held companies and tax services.
Zach is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Michigan Association of CPAs.
